I got a IXL around July of 2016, took many road trips out of town and my wife as well with her teenage girls when Im away at work. Beacause it was a brand new car I faild to make sure there was a spare tire and that information was not passed on to me. Well , my wife had a flat when Im away at work...No spare tire..... Well after speaking with Chris Rodgers , he made everything right... I did have to pay for a spare tire but he really worked with me on the price and made it good. I was really satisfied with the out come of this situation.Other then the spare tire situation , dealing with Acure of Baton Rouge was great and feel they try to do the costumer right.
