We just picked our fourth Acura from Baton Rouge Acura, Had another great experience, thought I’d share. We didn’t check the store hours and got to the dealership 20mins before closing. Didn’t realize it until later. The sales service was excellent - Devin Lee and Jeremiah Amato took their time with us, answered our questions, we never felt rushed in any way. We returned today, again no pressure. Luke To and Jeremiah helped us settle in on what we were looking for. They truly made us feel relaxed, allowed us to weigh the features and options. Kim Guidry in finance was great! Again, shared the options on warranties, etc but with no pressure. She worked with us, again great service. She and Luke were familiar faces for us, we had worked with them before. Great to see them again. Acura’s service dept is another reason for our coming back time to BTR Acura time and again. No complaints, only positive experiences. Want to also share that our relationship with BTR Acura started in 2008. Our first Acura was a TL (great car!). We’ve owned SUVs as well, RDXs. This time, it’s a 2018 TLX ASpec.Service still means something, certainly does to my wife and me. With staff like Devin, Jeremiah, Luke and Kim - it means everything!Thanks guys!

I decided to look at Acura after an extremely poor experience attempting to lease a second Honda Accord at my local (Covington, LA) dealership. I was referred to Acura of Baton Rouge by my friend and neighbor who reported less than great experiences with the New Orleans Acura dealership and could not say anything but good things about Acura of Baton Rouge. So, I decided to make the trip to Baton Rouge and the wife and I could not be happier. I spoke with the Internet Sales Manager, Alan “AC” Carwile, after initiating a chat session with him on the Acura of Baton Rouge website. Alan immediately provided me with a to-good-to-ignore quote on the ILX I had inquired about. Alan also had the ILX detailed and pulled up next to the showroom prior to our arrival. Once there, we were introduced to Johnathan "Johnny" Lemoine who spent entirely too much time with us while we test drove not only the ILX, but also the TLX and RDX, and then hem-hawed about vehicles and prices forever. We can't say enough good things about Johnny. He spent hours with us through the test drives and the many trips to the sales manager and finance manager to find a deal that everyone could live with. In the end, we left the Accord with Acura of Baton Rouge and leased a 2018 V-6 TLX at a great price. Thanks again to Johnny for his patience. Johnny rates a perfect 10 as far as sales experiences go. Thanks also to Deven Le (sales manager) for putting up with us, getting a deal struck, and for staying late getting the car ready to drive away. And, I can't forget to thank Kim Guidry (business/finance manager) for putting together a deal that we did not want to walk away from and for staying late to get it done. We highly recommend Acura of Baton Rouge.
