Jeremiah Amato of Acura of Baton Rouge sold me a 2019 Acura RDX in late October, 2018. I was not in a hurry to purchase and Mr. Amato worked with me to arrive at a satisfactory arrangement for sale of my existing car and purchase of the RDX. There are many more things to learn about the new car features such as safety systems and electronic applications. I have used Mr. Amato as a resource when I need help with "how to" information. Two weeks ago I had the worst car buying experience for my husband with a Honda dealership in New Orleans. I was dreading having to turn around and do it all over again for my own vehicle. BUT Acura of BR was a tall drink of water. So refreshing to do business with people who know their audience. With the ubiquity of the internet, one would assume the dealers know that you know what they know. Right?! Well Acura treated me like I was not only a valued customer but intelligent. Kendall Theunissen was a pleasure to work with. He was more like a partner than a salesman. Donovan was also very forthcoming with info. I felt like I knew just where I stood with my trade and the new vehicle. I would (& will) recommend the Fabre group to friends and family!

I cannot believe I'm saying this but... I really enjoy going to Acura of Baton Rouge ... They do all of the work on my beautiful, black, Honda Accord for free and ... no just kidding! ... But I really do find myself enjoying being at this dealership way more than any other I've experienced... Probably because of the treatment I get there... The whole staff are courteous, kind, always smiling, call me by name ... and... even put up with me, and my antics! making a normally painful, "Dealership experience"... Well... not so bad!!! Actually I think they make Kristen put up with me!... Lol! Quite often, she'll actually meet me outside before I can walk through the door!But I'm pretty sure she does that for everybody! What a breath of fresh air she is! Thank you Kristen and staff for making my trip there today... Way more pleasant than expected!!!Joe...
