This was the best customer service I have ever received living in Louisiana. Eddie was amazing he was patient he was nice and he didn’t want me to leave off the lot sad and empty-handed. Well he sure did live up to his promise I left off the lot happy excited and with a new car I suggest anyone to come here before anywhere else.

We were very pleased with the service we received from all the staff we encountered at Acura of Baton Rouge. They were very professional and patient with us as we made our decision. We first worked with Rusty in sales who was polite and knowledgeable. When we came back to purchase our car we worked with Kendall who was equally knowledgeable and very friendly. Kimberly was able to find us a better rate with another finance company. We have already recommended Acura of Baton Rouge to family and friends and will definitely be back in the future for our next car.

I've purchased two vehicles from Acura of BR and several from other businesses. My buying experience here was better than anywhere else. My salesman most recently was Jerry Amoroso who was not pushy at all but was kind, personable, and knowlegable. I had to bring my two young children with me and the Acura team made sure we all had plenty of snacks and drinks to keep us happy through the process. I highly recommend this company.

Shawad was a persistent salesman. Because of that he actually made a sale to us after we had given up. He contacted us several times trying to make a deal. I just found out that he had also e-mailed us several times and in fact just found this e-mail as Google was sending Acura e-mails into a promotions section and not our regular e-mail. Shawad was patient with us after the sale with all the technology in this vehicle and followed up with our questions, and problems and helped us. Good guy! My husband just said after seeing Shawad's name, he knew we were not going to get any good country sausage like Price LeBlanc used to give away.

It was wild in my recent automobile shopping efforts. Pushy salespeople and constant calls but not these guys. I had a great experience from the beginning. Bethany Gonzales was the consummate guest service expert. She explained the process along the way, kept me company and listened to me ramble on and on. I was so excited about my new vehicle. You must have an excellent training program and eye for talent. When it got to financing, she and Chauncey walked me through everything without being pushy and I had a really good time at the dealership. If I lived in town, I would probably stop in to say hi! Lol. Excellent job!
