From sales to finance, I have been very impressed by the level of service I have received at this dealership. I spoke with Kim in finance, she put me in touch with Bethany in sales and I scheduled an appointment to come in to check things out. Bethany is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and wonderful to work with. I also had the pleasure to meet with Kim in finance and she was also a delight to work with. Within a few hours, I was driving in my new car. Did I mention that the customer service was phenomenal?

They believe in the importance of long term relationships and repeat business.We were interested in an RDX and we arrived with a 4 page list of questions and of things we wanted in a vehicle. Their receptionist immediately made us feel right at home and introduced us to our sales consultant, Pierce. He was terrific. He answered all of our questions clearly and demonstrated every capability of the vehicles, both at the dealership and during our test drives. But it was more than just that. We never felt like we were dealing with a sales person. It seemed more like we were looking at vehicles and talking about them with someone we knew. At no point did we feel uncomfortable or under any pressure. Pierce helped us to balance our wish list with our budget, to come to a decision on which RDX best suited us, and to finalize our purchase with a figure we were all happy with.The last step in buying a vehicle, the finance office, may be a confusing or stressfull point for many buyers. Not so this time. The Finance Manager, Kimberly, was very friendly and professional. She clearly explained all our options for extended warranties with no high pressure. The paperwork process went very quickly and smoothly.We love our new RDX and highly recommend Acura of Baton Rouge. Stop by and talk to Pierce. You’ll be glad you did.
